Online Returns
Orders will come with a return label. Please utilize the label provided for returns. All shipping is done through USPS.
Product Exchange
Exchanges are only excepted for damaged items or items that have not been completely used. Candles may be burned no more than 50 % to ensure a proper exchange. Any items that are broken must be damaged upon arrival. Please utilize the contact form so that we can ensure you get a quick resolution and an exceptional experience.
